Migration Review Tribunal (M.R.T.) & Administrative Appeals Tribunal (A.A.T.) 

If your Australian visa application has been refused then contact our office & we may be able to assist with a new visa application or an appeal on your visa refusal. Most decisions made in Australia can be reviewed, as well as a number made overseas (usually where a sponsor, nominator or close family member is involved). When you are notified of a decision to refuse your application you will be advised as to whether you may seek a review of the decision made & the time you have to do so. Strict time limits apply for lodging appeals with the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT), Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) & the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). If your Australian visa appeal application is lodged outside the time limit it may not be accepted. Information & forms are available from our offices.
